FASHION: London Fashion Week Dairy Day Five

Bright and bold was the tone for Tuesday morning at the Leutton Postle show, with funky prints, tassels and fun takes on geometry.

20120919-211824.jpg I also finally had the chance to check out some of the exhibitors at Somerset House, and they were just as excellent as their counterparts at Vauxhall. Sophia Webster’s shoes have set my heart all a flutter, I particularly lust for the heels with the cute kissing flamenco motifs!

20120919-213310.jpgSpeaking of colourfull, I had a brief Gok sighting! Yay! Then things took a turn towards cold London weather by the time the Aminaka Wilmont show, “Threicae” rolled around. It was completely freezing by the time the Fringe Fashion show closed the week off.

20120919-214115.jpg The up and coming talent at the Fringe Fashion Show was outstanding. Christopher Bailey presented the winner’s trophy to Haizhen Wang, who was certainly my choice to win as weekl with his dark edgy collection and beautiful pattern cutting.
