Last night I got a sneak preview of the London Pacific Fashion Show at Wellington Barracks, I had a military escort and everything! Fashion show on a military base – why not?

The actual show is this Friday the 5th of October from 6-9pm at the Salvation
Army Theatre. Travelling from across the pacific designers models and dancers will showcase some if the beauty of the pacific in traditionally influence contemporary designs, a fusion of old and new.

I recognised several of the New Zealand designers from Miromoda and Style Pacifica, including Shona Tawhiao and Linda Lepou. All in all it made me quite homesick!

The show is in support of the Help For Heros Charity Band Of Brothers so it’s a great cause and judging by the preview will be a great night out!
