Royal Academy Of Arts, Antwerp, 50 Years of Fashion retrospective at Mode Museum, including student work by the Antwerp Six, and Martin Margiela. (Ann Demeulemeester, Dries Van Noten, Water Van Beirendonck, Marina Yee, Dirk Van Saene, Dirk Bikkembergs). Runs until February 16th 2014.

I’ve always found graduate work to be greatly superior to commercial design. Without the restraints of sales, seasons and finances, students are able to experiment with their creativity.

My favourite are the “upside down” de constructed shoes, what are your favourites?
